Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

Kinstead Health Collective offers personalized telehealth services focused on metabolic health, medical weight loss support, women’s wellness, lifestyle optimization, primary care visits, and sick visits for common non-emergent concerns.

Our goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that supports the whole family while helping patients feel their best from the inside out.

Are appointments virtual?

Yes. All visits are conducted through secure telehealth for patient convenience and accessibility.

What states do you currently see patients?

Patients must be physically located in a state where the provider is licensed at the time of the visit. Kinstead Health Collective currently serves patients in Colorado, with Florida services anticipated in the future.

Do you prescribe GLP-1 medications?

Medication options may be discussed if clinically appropriate following a comprehensive medical evaluation. Medication recommendations are individualized and based on medical history, symptoms, goals, and safety considerations.

Are medications included in memberships or programs?

Medication costs are billed separately unless otherwise specified. Program pricing includes provider support, follow-up care, lifestyle guidance, and personalized treatment planning.

Do you accept insurance?

Kinstead Health Collective is currently a cash-pay practice. This allows for longer visits, personalized care, and a more patient-centered experience. Superbills may be available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What is included in the metabolic health program?

Programs may include an initial consultation, follow-up visits, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, lab review, progress monitoring, and ongoing provider support.

Can I use insurance for labs or medications?

In many cases, yes. Labs and medications may be processed through your insurance depending on your individual plan and pharmacy/lab coverage.

What conditions can be treated through telehealth?

Telehealth is appropriate for many non-emergent concerns including metabolic health support, women’s wellness, medication management, lifestyle counseling, minor illnesses, and certain primary care concerns.
