Kinstead Health Collective is a self-pay telehealth practice. We do not bill insurance.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

A valid card must be kept on file. By booking, you authorize Kinstead Health Collective to charge your card for services provided.

Visit Fees

All visit and program fees are clearly listed prior to booking.

Additional services, including extended visits or additional follow-ups, may incur additional charges.

Labs & Medications

Laboratory testing (including Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics) and medications are billed separately and are not included in visit or program fees.

Supplement recommendations through Fullscript are optional and paid directly by the patient.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once provided.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within the required time frame to avoid being charged.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full visit fee.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a full charge.

Insurance Disclaimer

Kinstead Health Collective does not bill insurance.

You may request documentation (such as a receipt or superbill) to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
